Bujar Ahmeti

Bujar Ahmeti began his legal career working in the area of community association law in 2009 as a law clerk for a small community association law firm in Denver, Colorado. Bujar originally joined Moeller Graf in 2011 where he counseled Colorado community associations in all aspects of their operations ranging from collection of unpaid assessments to attendance at association meetings. Bujar is an experienced litigator who has protected his client’s interests in state and federal court across the state of Colorado.
Bujar is experienced in amending governing documents, providing opinions to Boards on all facets of community governance and assisting with the review of real estate conveyance documents, and reviewing of various contracts between community associations and their vendors. In addition to his litigation practice, Bujar represents clients in all facets of NCAA Compliance matters, with MG Consultant Services.
Prior to joining Moeller Graf, Bujar was in Oklahoma working for the University of Oklahoma with the Office of Legal Counsel where he focused on ensuring the athletic department operated within NCAA rules and regulations. Bujar performs proactive compliance services which include conducing audits of compliance monitoring systems as well as representation of individual coaches and institutions before the Committee on Infractions.
Bujar was born in New Jersey, but primarily grew up in Dallas, Texas. In 2006, Bujar received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University with a minor in Economics. Bujar graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado, the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
