David Parker

David A. Parker joined Moeller Graf, P.C. in July of 2019, bringing a diverse background in real estate, business, and contract matter experience. David has been involved in homeowner association matters from the formation and setup of homeowner associations to ongoing administrative and business matters for established associations.

David is a Colorado native, raised in a family with a long history in Colorado going back generations. David grew up in the Denver area. David obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Criminalistics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and then a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Denver.

David served as a command officer with a large Denver area law enforcement agency, retiring after earning his law degree. David is a proponent of law enforcement and maintains a close relationship with many officers and agencies to this day.

Prior to joining Moeller Graf, David served as an Associate Attorney, and then Partner/Shareholder with law firms in the Denver area.

When not at work, David enjoys supporting and watching his children compete in competitive sports. David’s son is involved in baseball and his daughter is involved in competitive cheer. Both children enjoy their respective sports and competing in local and national competitions, as each are on elite travel teams.
