Enhanced Community Protection Plan
For those associations looking to enhance their operations as a result of better knowledge, Moeller Graf has added the Enhanced Community Protection Plan to complement our Accelerated Collections Plan. The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act entitles board members to educational training. With the transition cycle of many boards being 12-24 months, this benefit is underutilized in many cases. Moeller Graf seeks to evolve the process with this offering so board members have a more defined path, thus creating a sense of confidence as they work through their volunteer, yet highly influential role of participating on the board. This training also capitalizes on many of the current management associations’ best practices with the intent to drive a ubiquitous relationship between management and the board members.

This package includes the following benefits for a monthly charge of $99.00*.
30 minutes consultation/month
Up to 30 minutes of no-cost attorney consultation per month (*unused time will not be rolled over)Credit card processing

*This charge is assumed for 12 months by the association and will auto renew, unless otherwise directed in writing to Moeller Graf, on or before the renewal date which is listed on the invoice. An association can upgrade at any time within three months of starting the program. If the three months have been exhausted, the association will need to wait for the renewal in order to upgrade. A downgrade can occur within the first 30 days only. After the 30-day window, an association must stay with the plan they are currently on for the remaining term of their package.
