Paralegal

Karla has over seven years of experience in the legal field, having worked as an attorney in Venezuela and Colombia. Her practice primarily focused on Business and Corporate Law, advising startups and mid-sized companies in both countries. She worked as part of the Ethical Committee within a Colombian political party.

After relocating to the United States four years ago, Karla is excited to re-enter the legal profession and continue her commitment to providing exceptional legal services.

Karla is dedicated to contributing to Moeller Graf's mission of providing effective and community-oriented legal representation. Her short-term goal is to further develop her legal expertise within the firm, while her medium-term objective is to become a licensed attorney in the United States.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Karla enjoys engaging in outdoor activities with her husband, including hiking, camping, and cross-country skiing. She is also passionate about continuous learning and personal development.

Karla earned her law degree from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín in Venezuela. She furthered her legal studies at Universidad Sergio Arboleda in Bogotá, Colombia, to qualify for the national examination required to practice law in Colombia. Additionally, Karla has pursued coursework in Business Administration, Finance & International Business, and Governance & Public Management.

Karla also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Auburn University.
